He’s been fabulous to work with overall. The work that he’s done is great, and the sub-contractors that he's used are always competent. He always does what he says he will do and is good with communication. I feel like he charges too little, because he really does quailty work and his prices are reasonable!

The work that was done was quality.  However, we are over a year from inital engagement with Scott, and he still has not completed the job.  He has informed us that he ran out of money and would have to delay finishing the final requirements and getting the permit completed.  We have not heard from him since in spite of several phone calls, and hearing from other folks that he is doing other jobs.  Wish they had called us for a reference.  It all seems to go well at the beginning, and he is a personable guy, but apparently does not have the commitment to finish what he starts.  We will now most likely have to engage ANOTHER contractor to finish his work. Also looking into small claims court.

Use your best judgement, but I would not trust that he can complete his work.
