I think they're good. I like working with them. They're honest. They're quick. They do what I ask them to do. They're a local company.

I've been using Shamrock for several months and am very pleased.  They offer very good prices for the service they provide -- about 40% less than what I paid when I lived in Lakeway.  When I first signed up with them I had scheduled for every week, but after coming out a few times weekly they said they thought my lawn only needed mowing every other week.  I was very impressed by this because it meant less money for them (my former lawn service would try to mow even in the dead of winter when there was absolutely no need, and had been requested not to come!).  They could easily have kept me on an every week schedule and pocketed some easy money, but they were honest and I am very appreciative of that.  The crew does a good job -- they are thorough and efficient.  Heather in the office is very pleasant and easy to deal with.  

They are very efficient. They are reliable and come regularly. They are reasonable.

I had some problems with the company since they changed owners. I can not get anyone to return my calls. Before they changed hands I have always had good service.
