This company is the best!! I have always had difficulty arranging appointments with plumbers and Rogers Plumbing delivered! I’m a local realtor and I have been in contact with several plumbing companies in the Austin area, so the fact that this company that serviced my personal home was important! It started with Jacob coming to assess the plumbing after inspection of our home when it was under contract to give us an estimate. After we closed on the property earlier this month, Jacob was fantastic and fixed various problems over the course of 2 weeks. He doesn’t know this yet, but I have to call him again for yet another leak! Haha Thanks, Rogers Plumbing for answering the phone when I need you!!

Marc was great! He was able to fix my kitchen sink and while my faucet handle couldn't be repaired today (it has to be ordered) there is a plan in place and I know it will be fixed soon. Marc also was able to identify some other plumbing issues that I was not even aware of and those are going to be fixed too. He was very helpful. And in the era of COVID-19, he wore his mask at all times in the house. I am glad Roger's Plumbing is taking the precautions they are for the virus! Thanks!

I have going on 3 hot water heaters in 3 years. Nobody could properly diagnose the issue. This time it was bad and flooding so bad the ceiling was going to collapse. I just purchased a new Hot Water Heater 3 years ago and that company failed to diagnose the issue. The Technician from Roger’s new all his trouble shooting procedures down to a science. He looked at the heater up and down and inside and out. He said “Water Pressure”. We go outside and my water pressure was 95PSI. It was responsible for blowing up 2 Hot Water heaters. Problem finally fixed and no more worries. I am very grateful for the skill and integrity of Roger’s plumbing.

Marcus and Kyle did a great job. They explained the work they were going to do and the order they were going to do it in, starting with the cheapest troubleshooting and moving through the things that would be more expensive fixes until they found the problem. They proceeded as planned and figured out what was causing my water pressure problem. They took care of ordering new parts for me and made sure I got the lifetime warranty (and free parts) from the manufacturer that I am entitled to. They were friendly and nice to talk with, and they were very respectful of my home. We’ve used Rogers Plumbing before, and I think it is a real testament to their work that it has been a very long time since we’ve had to call them back. We’ll use them again in the future because they are prompt, well priced, fair, and do great work.

Their answering system messaged that they were away from their phone or on another line. I called and left messages three times, additionally calling other numbers which were routed back to the same voice mail message. This morning, Monday, Angela called asking how they could help us. She apologized for not being available because she had been out of town. Then she added that she wouldn't have had any plumbers to call if she had been in town. Someone should have changed the voice mail message to reflect what was going on.

Great! The call to schedule was helpful and I got a call telling me when they'd arrive and a text with a photo of one of them as an introduction before the appointment. They figured out where the leak in the kitchen was coming from and fixed the leak in the bathroom. Unfortunately the leak in the kitchen was the dishwasher, something they couldn't fix for us, but they gave me next steps to take. Because the leak in the bathroom was minimal, it was just a service fee for the repair. They were kind, professional, and even good with our 11 month old dog (who was very keen on getting in their way - she is small but persistent).

Fine, but very expensive and very greedy. Even the smallest of tasks, like replacing a valve in a Bath faucet, was extremely expensive. What really bothered me, was the $550 they charged to smoke our pipes to find a leak. The price was high, but I paid it. They immediate found the leak, which required them to reseat our toilet, again, very expensive. After they fixed the toilet, I asked for them to smoke the pipes again so that we could check their work. All of the equipment was there, all they had to do was drop the smoke bomb to check the work that they performed. They wanted to charge me a second time to smoke the house. It was at that point that I decided to end our business relationship. I will never use them again. Total bill was over $1,000 for less than 2 hours of work.
