Reed's is a customer oriented, family run business. They're not the cheapest, and they're not going to give you any special deals or anything, but they will give you quality service, using pest control sprays that (they tell me) are totally fine to be around, within about an hour after putting it down. In those cases when it rains a day or two after getting the yard sprayed, they don't offer free yard spraying, which is a minor inconvenience. I've never had to get the yard re-sprayed, but I know that I would have much more peace with scheduling it if they offered some sort of discounted service for re-spraying due to rain.
