Major Renovation Multiple Room Service
He is a thief!!! Hired for resurfacing large back deck with composite boards. Paid for him for all materials and he was to order at Lowe's. Composite decking was finally delivered 4 months later. He then claims that he paid Lowe's for and ordered the new metal railing. Lowe's sent him documentation showing that he never did. Daniel Parker kept $8,775 of our money and will not return it. I have proof of our paying him. Again, he is a thief!

I would not hire again. Ordered the wrong door and then got mad when 6m later we were tired of waiting. Sloppy work, non responsive, and as soon as he got mad, the Christianity was out the door. You might have better luck if you are a big company since that seems to be his focus.
