Osborne Pest & Turf LP

We have been with Osborne for 5 years and totally satisfied with their service and advice. Mary in the office is so helpful and considerate. Devin Osborne is very supportive and pleasant to deal with and he's a "hands on" owner. The technicians are very courteous and alway explains what they are doing, which we appreciate.

Excellent. The people who work here are professional and are always available to answer questions. Products used are not harmful to humans or pets. They will not hesitate to come back if ever needed.

When I talked to them on the phone they explained the process and set up a time that was convenient for me to to come by and start the service. The technician was very nice and explained everything. From what I have experienced so far I think I will be using their services for a long time.

Devin came out and treated both houses. He was responsive, punctual, and professional. His prices are reasonable. Would use again.

Devin was extremely professional and courteous. He was efficient, and we didn't have any more roaches for a year after he came out. He taught me how to look for the wasp nests and knock them down as well(they were coming in from our chimney). He came back within the one month warranty period and put ant gel in the kitchen where we were having sugar ants. All of this was really effective.

Devin arrived on time and was very flexible in his scheduling. He was polite, friendly and professional. He treated the inside and outside of our home. I would not consider looking anywhere else for pest control. You will be 100% satisfied with his service.

I had Orkin for a long time, but when I saw a wolf spider at my back door and they would not come out to help me I canceled them. I found Osborne Pest and Turf at that time. He said that a 3 foot barrier around the house was not enough to keep bugs from getting in, they might be found dead, but they were still getting in. He added a 10ft barrier around the house, went around the pool, and even the detached garage, which Orkin wanted extra for. He addressed all of my concerns, including spray in the attic multiple times because I was pretty sure I heard something, even though he went up and did not see anything. After switching to Devin, I never saw another wolf spider near my house again.

Devin, the owner, was already waiting when I arrived for the appt. He proceeded to walk me through what he was going to do and was very informative about how he was planning to treat. We talked about organic vs. synthetic applications and he shared what he has learned from trips to Texas Aand M to consult with entomologists. We agreed on the treatments that made sense and went to work. I checked in occasionally and watched his work in the house which was very thorough.
Since the treatment, we can walk into our backyard without being swarmed. In fact, we have not encountered a mosquito, wasp, or gnat. We had killed approximately 20 wasps in 2 weeks and we haven't seen one alive since (a few dead ones have shown up on the driveway). In the house, we are occasionally finding dead bugs on the baseboards, just like he said we would. No more live sightings in the house.

He came out the same day (on a Friday after 5). Very friendly and professional. Did a great job locating some problem areas and treating them. No sign of pests the next day. Highly recommend
