 + -1 morePros: 1) Lower cost 2) Designer background Cons: 1) Very unpunctual, due to part time. The project lasted almost 3 months 2) Quality is not as satisfactory: trailing is not as fastened as expected, the boards are already cracked and warped up 3) Not exactly sure about the quality of treated pine wood used, due to 2)
Description of Work: Replaced the decking of a 12x12 deck, about 4~5 feet high Expand it to 12x24 deck
