What Mr. [Member Name Removed] didn't include in his Testimonial is he also hired our company to do extra work on his project, which included extra pool decking around his pool. Upon completion he chose not to pay for the extra work. After the work was completed he was very pleased with the beauty and the expertise by [Information Redacted], to the point he hired Mr. [Information Redacted] to perform additional work. Again, very please with his performance and the quality of the finished product. The company owned by [Information Redacted] a very highly respected local contractor in the Boise, Idaho area. Mr. [Information Redacted did not file a lien. For those who would like to verify any of this response you can contact Mr. [Information Redacted] [Information Redacted]. Our Contract Agreement also specifies, you can not hire our company provided contractors to do extra work without our approval and agreed terms. This is an industry standard. After several attempts to collect the funds owed our company and his refusal to follow the agreed upon conditions of our Contract Agreement we were forced to stopped working. He was left with the balance of his contract to finish his pool. In addition my company is not licensed to do gas lines nor do we include them for installation. This must be done by a licensed plumber. To our knowledge, Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s gas (according to him) was $6,000.00 dollars. At this point the relationship went down hill. I have always tried conduct my busness in responsible way and respect my customers concerns. I live in Austin, Texas and traveled along way to build his project, my intentions were to open an office there. Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s Electric Line was miss located by the Utility Locating service, in an effort to avoid hitting it we hand dug the area where we thought it actually was, and manage to protect the line and avoid any additional cost to Mr. [Member Name Removed], he quite appreciative of the effort at the time. As to the plaster work, Mr. [Information Redacted] was scheduled to do that work, and refused too, due to non payment of additional concrete work previously performed.
