I "ditto" the comment from 2016... They RIPPED US OFF for and did not complete their service contract. This guy better hope I never run into him in Public!

The contractor stopped showing up to perform the required services on our Septic System. We only noticed this absence after we received a warning from the County that this contractor was no longer licensed to perform these services. They skipped out with about 1/3 of our yearly contract fee. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER FOR ANY SERVICES AS THEY RIPPED US OFF!! I wouldn't hire them to scrape up any dog-poop found in our yard!

Years ago it was owned by Dwayne and then Mike and all went well --and then Kirk took over and it has been awful ever since. We had just renewed our contract, more out of loyalty than trust in his abilities. When he didn't show up for 2 inspections in a row and we had to call and bug him each time, we decided to terminate. The contract said to send a certified letter and we sent a certified return receipt requested letter informing him of our decision to terminate, why, and a request for the amount of money left on our contract to be returned. What was returned was our letter unopened. We called and left messages which were also not returned. The BBB is now involved and their requests have also been ignored. Do not hire this company!
Description of Work: This is a company we had a contract with for 4-5 years in order to maintain our septic system. They were supposed to come out every other month and inspect and clean the filter.
