It was a small owner-run business. They did very well. They were fast and moderately priced. They could have cleaned a little better in some places but it was pretty good.

For carpet cleaning Lost Sailor is convenient if you live in the East Mountain area, but I do not recommend them. They were professional enough to come back at no charge, but my carpet looked worse after they finished, both times. I redid the job myself after a week, with a rented rug doctor, and pulled up lots of dirt and left over soap. They try hard and their heart's in the right placed, but save your money.

I LOVE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE EXTREMELY THOROUGH AND DO A GREAT JOB. I'M ALWAYS TREMENDOUSLY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY DO. THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE A GREAT JOB CLEANING OUR CARPET.
