Jean Bazar

jean arrived a little early which was fine.  we had discussed that coming from leander, she might be a little early or a little late.  she was very personable and we got right to work, starting outside in front of the house.  i had a notebook and took notes as she talked.  i had a good idea of what needed to be done, but it was great to talk it over with someone who knew what she was doing.   she pointed out some things that i wasn't aware of and offered advice that was helpful.  she stayed about 45 minutes and was very helpful.  she answered all my questions and said to call if i had anything else to ask.  my realtor covered her fee, which made me very happy.
