Heart and Home Flowers

This is a company that is contracted through 1800flowers. My husband ordered an arrangement of roses in a Lenox Crystal Vase. We have used 1800flowers many times and have always gotten exactly what we ordered. This is the first time the order came from Heart and Homes Flower's in Jonestown. Thank goodness I knew the quailty of this arrangement was not up to 1800's usual standards and did not accept the arrangement. I later found out it did not look anythng like the picture on the 1800's site nor was it in a Lenox Crystal Vase as was ordered. The roses were in a tacky purple vase which I think was plastic and the color of the roses did not even blend well in the arrangement. The arrangement was nothing you would expect to see or recieve for a Mother's Day arrangement. It was depressing and the greenry was dry and curling up. The arrangement was to arrive on Saturday May 12, but were not delivered until 5 PM on May 13th. No flowers for Mother's day but we did get a refund from 1800flowers. The fact that this company was going to totally rip us off on the Lenox Crystal vase, does not speak well of their business ethics.
