Steve was there before we were and already at it. He's knowledgeable, friendly and has a ton of experience. I almost chose another company because they had a higher number of "A" reviews. Indeed, I hadn't realized Steve was listed here. It was my agent who recommended him. While supplying feedback on his site, I decided to look him up here. Glad I did. It's my pleasure to recommend him to others on this site.

Steven spent a lot of time with us and made sure to check everything, even things I had not thought to check. I recommended him to my parents for their one year inspection and they also had great service. I plan to use Steve for my clients and recommend him fully without reservation.

The whole process was very easy from making the appointment, to meeting Steve at the home and receiving the home inspection report the next evening. He was extremely thorough and detailed and was nice enough to point out some things along the way. Steve's been doing this work for more than 10 years and his experience and expertise was evident throughout. The home inspection report was completed by the next evening to me and the builder and it was clear and concise. Photos helped in his explanations on what he found. He also pointed out the good things about the construction.
Frontier's pricing was very competitive and well worth the investment. I would strongly recommend them for anyone looking for a home inspector. I will use them again prior to my 1 year builder home warranty expiring.

Excellent experience with Steve. He was VERY thorough, explained and pointed out everything that would be of benefit to us as buyers - even things to be aware of for the future of our home. One of the most thorough inspections I've ever seen, and I've seen many as I was a realtor for 10 years. Would recommend Steve very highly!
