Bob was both professional and polite to work with. He will be the first to tell you that he is slow, but does quality work. My remodel project was very involved and had a lot of "old house problems", which Bob was skilled in taking care of.

Very well. The new unit works fine, installation and cleanup was efficiently accomplished.

Bob was friendly, professional, clean and trustworthy. He is a one-man shop and gave timeframes for the work, which I didn't mind. His communication was great and the price was very reasonable.

I was extremely pleased. Bob has over 30 years experience and now just works for himself. He is very personable and professional. It took a couple of times to completely fix the problem, but I appreciated him being so thorough, so that I didn't end up paying to fix something that wasn't the problem in the first place. I have two hot water heaters, so I didn't mind the wait. He is now my official go to plumber.

Mr. Foster was GREAT. He came when he said he would come and completed the job quickly. He is very professional as well as polite. It is very difficult to get someone to work on manufactured homes and do a good job when they do come. Mr. Foster did a really good job and even removed the old water heater---what service. Also my husband and I felt his pricing was very fair. We highly recommend him for your pluming needs.

Not only was Bob was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, he worked quickly to find the root cause of the problem which was a much easier fix than we originally thought it would be (We thought it was from the upstairs bathroom). We are so happy we found Bob Foster and will definitely call upon him for any plumbing work in the future!

Bob Foster is a very friendly, knowledgeable and capable plumber. He also took his time to talk with me as he was working and answered all my questions about how to replace the elements and the actual water heater. He kept in touch with me while we were shopping for which brand of water heater we wanted and was ready to work for us when we got the product. I would very much recommend Foster's Plumbing for any plumbing problem that might come up. His prices are extremely reasonable and the work excellent.

Bob was contacted in Angie's List for a different issue, and he replied back within hours!  But I had to deal with the warranty company and finally let them do the job and didn't need Bob for this anymore.

But I also had a different issue that the warranty company didn't cover.  So I contacted Bob again.  Once I was ready to get the work done, it was easy to schedule the job.    On the day of the job, he called me to update on his arrival time, and gave me another call when he was 10 min from my house.

At the time he arrived, he was able to detect the issue, let me know approximately how long it was going to take. 
He already provided his rate, so I had a clear expectation of the cost of the job.

He explained what the problem was, what he was going to do to solve it.  When he finished fixing the pipe, he showed me what he did and how he did it. 

Overall an excellent job.  I will call him again if I have another plumbing issue that is not covered by my warranty company. 

NOTE:  I have worked with 5 different plumbing companies in the last 7 days, and Foster's Plumbing was the only one that I think I will ever call back!

As usual went well, have used Bob before. Very honest, does good work, has good rates, and squeezed us in due to an inspection deadline. Recommend Bob and if we weren't moving out of town he would stay our go to plumber.

Foster?s Plumbing helped us solve a big plumbing permit problem when we were up against a fast-approaching deadline with the City of Austin. To solve our problem, we realized we needed a Master Plumber to engage the city?s code enforcement folks to explain and clarify some of the technical realities of our situation.  On our own, we were not successful in getting the city to listen. With just a handful of days remaining before legal action and heavy fines were to be imposed, I called plumbers looking for help but no one would take the case or else they didn?t return my calls. And then Bob Foster took my call and listened to my story, asked a lot of questions, then offered to help. Bob called the enforcement officer and within a day or so, our problem with the enforcement people was solved and the case was closed.
Now as it turns out, Bob didn?t have to come to our house and do any actual plumbing work. But I?ll tell you this ?. when I?m looking for people to hire, I?m looking for honest people willing to help us solve problems. Bob may not have gotten any big money from me that day, but now he is my new plumber and he?ll get my money in the future. And when people ask me if I can recommend a plumber, I?m ready to give them Bob?s contact info.
