EZ CLEAN AUSTIN

I hired Mike to do a full exterior home repair, cleaning, painting, the works. He was very communicative and responsive, and with the work done it looks AMAZING! My house was pretty worn down, so I wasn't sure how much improvement he could make, but now everything looks BRAND NEW! I was really happy that he gave me options for everything with thorough explanations. For example, for some rotted siding, he offered some basic repair with cheap materials or upgraded options with hardiplank that would last longer. I spent more for the quality stuff that would hold up longer so I don't have to do this all again in the future, but I'm happy that he gave me options and explained everything thoroughly. He also did little things to go the extra mile, like finding a paint match without me having to go search around for a matching paint. He made everything easy and low stress for me. Highly recommend!

They got paint on everything. It was a horrible mess. They were really bad at what they did. After they came out the first time, the job looked horrible, so I called the owner. He came out to look and agreed, and he sent out workers again the next day and the work looked just as bad. He had told me that with two men working it would be all done in two days for $20 an hour for each worker, but it wasn't even halfway done after two days.

Mike came to give an estimate. It seemed high but he said it was for "everything!" even things I had not considered having power-washed (gutters, sidewalk). Mike sent his crew (a father/son) with only partial notes and instructions to do the job. I have had the house and windows washed before and thought it was strange that they were washing the windows before doing the house and gutters. I called Mike and asked him to explain the job to his crew. He told me to do it. After an obviously wasted work day the crew had to return the next. Mike came and apologized for the crew but if he had given the right directions to begin with it would have been fine. After a 2nd day the house/eaves looked good, the patio and sidewalk were acceptable, the porch was ok, and the gutters and screens were not done at all, and the windows were dirtied after the house cleaning. No visit or call from Mike to see how the job had gone, but I did get a bill for $21.00 over the original bid.
