Evans Hardwood Floors

STAY FAR AWAY! Not only did he do a horrible job fixing and refinishing the floors he also damaged a bunch of things that he refuses to fix or pay to have someone come out and fix. He started almost a week late when he would say he's going to be there early at 10:00 a.m. he wouldn't show up till 1:00 or 2:00 p.m.. he damaged walls and trim he damaged my outside spigot which now leaks and I have no idea why he was even using it in the first place he turned down my AC to an ungodly temperature without asking and left it on that temperature overnight. He dumped piles and piles of sawdust in my yard which he refused to clean up he blew it all over the yard and then I had to clean it up. He gave me an original price which I paid and then during the process he tried to get more money from me. In addition to all this the floors turned out horrible you can totally tell the patch job and there are all kinds of sanding marks on the floor it is not smooth. Also when I insisted he fixed the damage he did a half job and ended up getting paint all over the floor leaving gaps where Cox should have been (where it was originally before he gouged it out) and then he polyurethane over the painting mess and expected me to go along the floorboards with a razor blade trying to get it up myself. HORRIBLE DO NOT USE!

He not only knows his woods, but he and his crew do an incredible job, from tearing out old tile to putting down new wood flooring. He guarantees his work and he finishes on time.
