No response to my voicemail message asking to discuss remodeling a bathroom.

Of all the people who bid our project (they all were A rated Angie's Listers) ER was the BY FAR the most professional & service oriented. They very quickly kicked off the project by first responding to my initial ask. Then, after telling ER my concerns & what my budget was the team  did their best to try and get closer to what I could afford yet not sacrifice on quality / service. They even succeeded in getting the project done on time (only relatively minor details were left open). 
To sum up my experience ... reasonable price, great work, awesome communication, and clearly set expectations. This company deserves their rating & your trust. 
The Vanities: they used solid hardwoods (maple), took multiple trips to ensure the right wood stain & fit. They even took the time to find remnants that matched our EXACT preferences. When one vanity didn't fit as expected ER fixed the problem at NO ADDITIONAL COST. When the vanity door stain finish didn't meet ER's bar, they also fixed that at no added cost.
Kitchen Tile: they were able to produce a very nice looking result while working around a kitchen that didn't have straight lined cabinets. Again, this project was done on time & helped us be able to move into the home and use the kitchen right away.

Little Details: while the team was installing our backsplash/vanities ER agreed to help us re-hang some trim & a replacement kitchen cabinet above our fridge. They also helped fix some fit/finish issues with our free-standing range.
Future Work: prior to meeting the ER team I didn't have a solid idea on who I'd use to build onto our property. But now with this experience I am clear on who would be first people I'd ask to bid on the project.

Armanzo and his team are a pleasure to work with. They plan things in detail. Very meticulous with work. Good finishes and attention to detail is awesome. Our kitchen was a tricky one to do and we wanted to be with someone we can trust to do a good job. Our first meeting with Armanzo went very well. His attention to detail was awesome. He is very hands on with the stuff that needs to be done. His quote was the most detailed and accurate quote we got from almost 10 contractors. His quote gave us a fair idea of much money we need to spend.
I would highly recommend Armanzo and his team. None of the members failed to impress us.

Everything was done in a professional and timely manner. The workmanship is excellent and the workers are friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this company.

From the moment we first met with ER and Armanso Saucedo we knew we were in good hands. He knows his business. He knows every aspect of all renovation work, cabinets, etc. He redid our kitchen and family room built in cabinents of red oak to modernize and update the look and appeal of our home. He works long and hard and works smart. He set up spraying room at our home and took hold of a big job. The entire team is so helpful and polite and they fixed things for me that the painting contractor and her "painters were sloppy" with to make it a clean job. My entire kitchen now has beautiful red oak cabinents painted a beautiful shade of gray and my built ins in the family room a beautiful tan color - all modernized and remodeled our home for sale. On time, in bad weather or not, they showed up and they worked hard. If you want the best please call ER!!!! You will not be disapppointed. They are a company of their word and their job performance is beyond belief.

They did an excellent job, even more than what we had agreed on. They added in three things and they were super nice as well and I was home the whole day with them. It was nice having them in my house, they were very professional.

My experience with Extreme Renovations has been excellent. The price was reasonable. The owner is very nice. There was short turn-around and mainly, excellent work. It's just perfect. The cabinet matched perfectly.

We took out an old range hood so we could install a microwave above the stove. This left a big space above the microwave. We needed a cabinet built above the microwave to match the surrounding cabinets. We called Extreme Renovations to come out and give us an estimate.
Armando arrived on time, gave us excellent advice on what would look good, and gave us an estimate. Within a couple of days, he was finished building it and installing it. He did an excellent job, and it matched the surounding cabinets perfectly.
Extreme Renovations will be the first company I call the next time I have any kind of construction project.
