Eco Irrigation & Landscaping

Hopefully this review spares someone using this company and being treated similarly. I previously used ECO since 2018, and never had a problem until last week. I needed a sprinkler head moved, but the affected area shared space with my buried fiber internet cable. I communicated this to them, and informed them I wasn't sure where exactly it was, but that it was "somewhere" between the the 2 installation points. Not 15 minutes later, they cut through my fiber internet. This is problematic as I work entirely from home, and so now I'm out an entire day of work. Here's what happened next: - I inform ECO of the break, and they told me that calling 811 wouldn't have mattered in this situation because 811 "doesn't track fiber" - 811 tech showed up because an incident was reported - 811 tech told me that they DO know where the fiber lines are, this happens all the time, and that ECO was just lying to try to cover themselves - Gas tech showed up to verify no gas break, and reiterated what the 811 tech said - ATT tech showed up to put a temporary fiber line, and again reiterated the same as the above techs I let ECO know the above, and that I was extremely unhappy and that I would not be paying the $150 invoice. They responded that I still owed them money, and then they blamed: - ATT for not burying the cable incorrectly (which according to ATT and the 811 tech it was in fact buried correctly) - ME because I told them where I thought the fiber line was (even though I told them I don't know where it is, be careful, and that it's somewhere between the 2 ATT boxes) - Yes, you read that correctly, I hired service professionals and then they blamed ME for breaking the fiber line. They blamed the guy sitting inside working for cutting through their own fiber internet line. As for me: - I lose a days work - I get blamed for the problem - I have (yet undetermined) charges potentially coming from ATT - My front yard is going to be unnecessarily torn up to re-bury this line - I suspect I will lose another day of work when they re-bury the line I'm hoping this review costs them more than $150, and I'm hoping to work with 811 to ensure they get fined/penalized for being negligent and not calling before they dug on my property.

Adam Benefield installed a rainwater catch system at our home.  He had our 11 catch spouts connected to one collector pipe.  Our downsoputs overflowed.  After months of revisits and no improvement, I had another contractor fix it.  I wish I had not used this company.

Our HOA sent us a letter stating that our side yard landscaping, consisting of cedar bark compost that had weeds growing up through and a water eroded ravine , was not per standard and needed to be addressed immediately.  I reached out to 3 local landscapers that had great recommendations and after reviewing quotes and getting a feel for the companies decided that Adam and Eco Irrigation was the right company for this job.

We said yes to Adam and the next day dump trucks were dumping tons and tons of rock and by the afternoon the work was complete.  Adam provided a fair quote, his workers were on time and considerate and he stopped by during the work and after the work was complete to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction.

We have another project to build a stone patio in our backyard and Eco Irrigation will be doing that work for us as well.

Great experience, highly recommend.

They gave good service. They turned the system on and checked the heads. The guy was cordial and knew what he was doing. I don't know if I would use them again because it was a deal and I normally do my own repair work.

After getting several estimates, Eco irrigation seemed like the most knowledgeable company. The crew showed up on time as scheduled and had entire system installed and completed in a day. Had to call and have them come out and relocate parts of the system due to landscaping upgrades. Again showed up on time and finished the work quickly. Will definitely n Italy use again if t h e need arises.

This is the second time we have used this company. Very pleased with Adam's company.

As far as the sprinkler service went, all was fine. I was also looking for someone to make some enhancements to my system. Unfortunately the gentlemen was not very familiar with irrigation systems & quoted me a price four times what I eventually paid for an inferior solution.
I would have preferred not to write this review.  The only reason I am writing this review is because Angie's list are forever pestering me to do so. I did not want to write anything negative about someone who maybe just beginning their business.

They did pretty well, they did everything they said they would do. They were on time and they were really fast. They did everything in one day. It was good pricing.

Professional, punctual, and had all the sprinklers squared away for the whole spring and summer.

They were amazing. They were all business and they talked everything out. Their prices were reasonable. He asked the right questions and went right to work. It was done right the first time. We have not had to call them back out. I would use them again.

They inspected all sprinkler heads and replaced 9 heads that were either broke or leaking. He was very polite and clean cut and very professional.

Technician was right on time.  He performed an entire assessment, per my special coupon, and all tasks associated.  He also did some troubleshooting of faulty sprinker heads, replacing and/or adjusting as needed.  He repaired a line break and replaced a defective valve.  All lines were working to maximum effectiveness when he left.  He was very skilled and professional and I will use this company again for future service.  Extra work was done quickly and reasonably.
