HVAC broke on holiday weekend. Left messages for many companies that advertise 7/24 emergency service with no call back. Patrick came over and performed a fuse fix. Charged usual (not premium) service charge. A 2nd problem existed that they returned for and did at no charge. He will get my future business.

It was good and they're okay. I might use somebody else next time. I'd rather had the Freon on upper hand because I can feel it in the lower hand.

They were punctual and professional. They were here within five minutes from the time that they said they would be here, which was amazing. They knew their business and knew what they were talking about. They were even kind enough to adjust their schedule to help us. We were having terrible temperatures back then. It was supposed to be the worst summer in this area and our air conditioner had gone out. They had charged appropriately considering we had to have some type of air blowing unit replaced. They were very competitively priced and just fantastic.

I would rather have someone who treats me a little better. They did good work but charged a lot of money and they kind of had a superior attitude that didn't make me feel to good about myself. They acted like I didn t know anything at all.
