After a small leak turned into a major issue, with extensive sheetrock damage and a large portion of my kitchen ceiling needing to be removed, Dry Medic was exceptional from start to finish. They acted quickly, provided professional attention, and diligently monitored moisture levels and the dehumidifiers daily, effectively preventing a potential disaster. Extremely grateful for this company’s honesty. We had some aggressive flooding in our house from a water heater and thought serious repairs would be needed. Dry medic answered their phones immediately and had someone out the same day… here’s the thing - they told us exactly something we could do on our own to prevent any mold - saving us so much money. We didn’t even use their services (they came out for free) and the owner himself followed up the next day with more instructions. Great communication. Highly recommend.

RE: Window leak water damage & possible mold from recent storms
I had the pleasure and privilege to have Sean of DryMedic come out to my house and assess our 1st floor windows/water leak & possible mold issue from recent storms. I called DryMedic @ o/a 10:30a today 9/3/25 and was able to get schedule for this afternoon same day at 3pm. I really didnt know who to call 1st, a GC or a mold co, or what. But talking to Sean on the phone was easy and he let me tell him everything and he was patient and gave me his unseen guidance and said that he would come out at no charge to assess the issue. DryMedic and Sean are the epitome of customer service. He was prompt, professional, polite, respectful, friendly and honest. He communicated well leading up to our appointment and kept me informed. He assessed our “issue” and took his care and time leading up to his honest assessment. He was upfront about what possible options I had and what he/they as a company could and could not do and what I should expect as I move forward. We couldn’t be happier with the visit and now new friendship / company if ever needed. An overall great experience and we highly recommend DryMedic for all your property damage water fire etc restoration needs. There are other good companies out there as well I am sure, but DryMedic is a company who i can attest to, to do the job right, safely, and with care.
