+ -1 moreOur air conditioner went out on a Wednesday afternoon, they came out that day to assess the situation. Rather than telling me to get a new unit, they advised me that a component had gone out. They had the replacement on the truck and were able to fix it right there. I appreciate that they were quick and honest.
