Everything turned out awesome.

It is always fabulous. They always do a spectacular job. I feel they are a little high in price. For this particular job which was 500 square feet. They had to completely protect the entire room because the room had just been painted and re-tiled by a different contractor.

I called him and it didn't work out but he was very accommodating. He was pricy and we had somebody else for that. He was fine and easy to work with.

If you're cordial and flexible, you'll be treated like royalty. If not, you'll still get quality work but may not get repeat business.

George DelaGarza came to the house, presented himself as a professional and had a roofing sub show up at the same time. Did a detailed analysis of the multiple jobs from roof, siding, painting, sheet rock and more. Took pictures and jotted notes, Never heard from the guy again. No quote, sorry can not do the job or not even my line of work .... just left me hanging for his quote which never came after repeated contacts. Very unprofessional regardless of any reason!

A while back I noticed a piece of our soffit hanging down. Upon further inspection, I noticed much of the roof was rotten. It wasn't until months later that I discovered the cause - carpenter ants. I killed all of the carpenter ants and realized the true extent of the damage they caused. It was a bit more than I felt I should tackle, so I called in help. The first guy that came by never gave me an estimate. I finally called George. He came out very quickly and said he would give me an estimate the following day. He did just that. The price was about what I expected to pay for the repair. So I had him do the work. The work was started when they said it would start and finished the same day. When they left, you couldn't tell that there was every any damage. It looked perfect. I also had George's wife do a repair for a shower at a rental house we have -which also went very well. My dealings with George couldn't have gone better, and I high standards regarding repair work.

Mr. De La Garza was very professional, punctual, and friendly. Did really good work. Make sure you thoroughly detail what you want done, i.e., instead of "installing trim work," you need to detail, "installing trimwork, sanding and filling cracks," or it won't get done. Also, be clear on payment arrangements. He is good about writing contracts, but be clear about the detail. He is meticulous about the work, and about being punctual and cleaning up after.

Everything went well for the most part. It was professional and quality work besides a few minor details.

Mr. De La Garza and his crew was very professional, punctual and did the work very quickly. The job took him only 4 days to complete, from demo to finish. We will definitely contact him again for more remodel projects.

We had a pool valve leaking rather profusely on a home we have on the market. George was quick to get out to the house, remove the existing valve and replaced it with the new one we had provided. The new one was defective and leaked also. He called me at work, explained the situation and asked if I wanted to come see the leak from the valve housing. He explained it was a hairline crack. He handled getting the defective part replaced - replaced all the fittings for a 2nd time.

Geroge came promptly for an estimate and was able to begin work just a couple of days later. He and his crew were prompt and professional. They even went the extra step to patch a spot they noticed during work.
