We have used Cyber Tek Computer Pros for quite some time and are totally,100 percent, satisfied. We highly recommend them. We have two computers, and because of Cyber Tek, we are able to enjoy them without the worry of security or maintenance problems. We have their SAMPLAN on both our computers, and whenever we have a computer question, Drew is immediately there to help us. I like that he can Remote in and fix our problems. We really enjoy our computers knowing that Cyber Tek is there for us any time we have a problem. I promise that a person would be doing them self a favor if they had Cyber Tek's SAMPLAN.

Drew - our service tech - is great. Always very responsive and helpful - even to two such growing older and dumber folks :) I don't know what we'd do without him. Even on a limited income it's a cost that is well worth what we get in return.

We are semi-illiterate when it comes to setting up computers - but we can usually use then just fine. Unfortunately the technical parts of computers leaves us frustrated. Drew came promptly, was very courteous and professional and saved us more headaches.
