Well, this is the second time we worked with Stan Bandow:
-The first time was for framing and indoor concrete.  It was done timely, cleanly and at a fair price that never wavered.
-The second time, Stan Bandow was very fair and honest with me in sharing that the job I was asking to be done was out of his scope of work.  This was a pleasure to hear as far too many contractors will take the request and guess their way through it.  
- The third time, we requested demo and framing.  Stan quoted price and timeframe.  As he got started, he realized the job was not as cumbersome as he had once thought and fairly let me know that the price would come in less than he had quoted!  It was at this time, I happily added on an additional project we needed done (fence).  
Typically, my reviews have some bit of good and some bit of bad.... thus far....  I have been very very pleased with Bandow.  Stan makes an effort to communicate with me throughout the project and tries to keep it as clean as possible.  He has never wavered from the day and time he said he would be there.  I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to anyone.    I guess if I had to give some advice, know that you might have to leave him a message or a text but he will certainly get back with you.

Stan and his employees did a great job. They were prompt in their service and kept me informed. I was pleased with all phases of the project. The quality was excellent and the price was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

It took me a while to get him started.  He doesn't pay attention to detail.  I designed a deck on my 2 story garage.  The materials are good.  He did it according to my design and I will go back in have it braced.  I gave him an idea of what he should have done but he should have put his professional spin on it instead of taking it so literally.  If you are having a driveway poured it is good work. He did do my driveway and it was a good job.  It is questionable on other things. There are deck nails stuck between the cracks.  It's a little hard to get him to do work.  I had him draw plans for another deck but still haven't heard from him.

I was pleased with them.  They did a good job. They were cooperative, and I could communicate with them.  They listened to what I wanted to do, were timely, efficient and clean when they made a mess. It was pretty good.

They were punctual, courteous and right on th emoney with everything.  Great job.

They are excellent. Our experience with them was excellent. Stan is the owner and he responded immediately to our needs. He suggested changes that can make the structure more useful overall. He had a very good crew. On the whole, they were concerned about keeping the area neat and clean for us and for our pets especially. When we did have a concern with one of his sub contractor, he took care of it immediately. He finished doing the job himself. We would very highly recommend them on our part. We had four contractors to give us estimate and Stan came in at just about the middle of the price. He was not the cheapest but not highly priced as well. So considering others I think we got more than what we expected as the quality work was excellent. When he said he was going to be here, he was here. Even if he was half and hour late, he would call us and inform that he would be late.

They did it at the same price as the other company we had a quote from. I felt very comfortable with him and it worked out very well. I would recommend him. He was very, very professional and he was a hard worker. The owner actually did a lot of the work himself which I have a lot of respect for. He wasn't afraid to get in there. Typically, some of the bigger companies have people on their payroll and what they do is they come in and drop off their workers and they take off. I really don't like that. That's not the good way to do business. The owner's first name is Stan. What really impressed me is the fact that he got in there and started doing the work, doing the layout, himself. He was very professional and brought the equipment that he needed. He was very punctual. He was in and out and in a couple of days he had the job done. He worked real close with us as far as the layout. That was very crucial because it was not a typical layout. He was an easy guy to work with. He pretty much did what he said he was going to do. I would use him again in the future.
