I once had on glitch; the label got loose into the fan and was making a horrible noise. They found the label and did not charge for the service. Their service is great!

My home has the original A/C system that is over twenty years old. They have came out for various repairs. The overall experience with them has been good. They were honest about how old my system is and advised me to use the system until it stops working. Other companies have came out and tried to have me replace the old one. They are straightforward and don't pressure me to buy a new system. They have helped me with issues that didn't even pertain to my A/C system and even recommended a great electrician to me.

I have used them for over 30 years. They are good. They give me a 15% discount because they send me a card in the mail every year, and I schedule before the busy season.

While service man was at the house, told us we needed a new central air system. He called the office and got an estimate of 5,500.00. When I called their office to confirm the price, the owner told me that in fact the price would be 8,017.00 and that the tech must have made an error. The owner jacked up the price of the service once he knew we were ready to install a new system. The owner called the followind day and just stood by this quote of 8,017 and could not explain the price difference. I think this company is fraudulent and I would NOT use them. However, the service tech was wonderful. Just the owner is shady.

They showed us that it was plugged up, explained the problem and what we should do to keep it going. It all went pretty well.

Very responsive and give good explanations of the needed work and cost estimates.
