Ricky was great at returning a call for the job. Two other companies mentioned on this list that were quite a bit closer to me in South Austin did not return my calls EVER. He was very nice and eager to see what I needed. Ricky came to give me an estimate within a couple of days and we set a job for a Saturday morning. He thought it may take about 3-4 hours. He called a couple days before the job to say he was behind on a large job due to recent rains and asked to re-schedule for the coming Monday. That was acceptable for me and when they arrived, after experiencing a flat that he called and let me know of the delay, they got to work very quickly! Very fast and very efficient. They even hauled away other piles of trimmed branches that I had stacked up. Ricky came the following week to collect and I was able to use a discount coupon that I printed from his website. I was real happy with the service.
