I moved into Sun City Texas in March of this year.  Bryce was recommended to me by the previous owner and I have been extremely pleased with all of his work.
I had him come out and check out the HVAC system shortly after I moved in, show me where to replace the filter etc. and had him install a "float" switch since the unit did not have one.
Last week when replacing the filter I found water on the platform where the unit sits and called him.  Found out the unit was low
on freon and he charged it.  Since I knew the unit needed replacing, I asked him to go ahead and price a new unit which he did - - giving me several efficiency level choices and explaining in terms I could understand the pluses and minuses of each.  Prices were very reasonable.
He was able to get the unit I wanted immediately.  Since I live in Texas where the temperatures are still in the HIGH 90's, this was a real benefit!
He came out the next day and replace the old unit - - and the freon pressure had already dropped again in less than 24 hours, so I am very thankful he was able to do this so quickly!!
The new unit was not cooling yesterday afternoon and I called his office number and left a message since I did not feel it was critical.  He called me back and asked if it was critical - - said no and he was here bright and early this morning.  Drain line was plugged and float switch had worked!!  He not only cleaned out the line, he put in a clear plastic piece IN the line, so I can SEE if line is plugged again.
I need more air in my master bedroom - - but have 10' ceilings so cannot reach the registers.  He will have his helper come help me with that!!!
I recommend Aircon Mechanical to anyone who asks me about HVAC!!!

He had a pleasant demeanor, and obvious skill, because the job was done in less than an hour. We have not had any problems with our air conditioner since.

BRYCE FINCK IS WONDERFUL, HE REPLACED OUR UNIT IN A TIMELY MANNER. I FELT LIKE HE WAS WORKING ON HIS OWN HOUSE. HE TREATED US WITH RESPECT AND MUCH ATTENTION TO DETAIL. HE EXPLAINED ALL OPTIONS AND COSTS. HE CAME OUT TO SUPERVISE AND WORK ON UNIT HIMSELF AND WAS OUT AT THE DROP OF A DIME FOR ANY PROBLEMS, WHAT AN EXCELLENT PRACTICTIONER.
