They were really polite and honest about what I needed.

My furnace was working intermittently for several weeks. My home warranty dispatched a company to diagnose the problems, but because the unit was working when they arrived, and they weren't a specialist in the type brand of unit I had, they weren't able to diagnose the problem. For my third service call, my home warranty company sent Air-Borne, and even though the unit was working when they arrived, they managed do uncover several problems with the unit and worked with the home warranty company to get the unit replaced. The work was done quickly and the new unit works great!

This is the second time he had done work on equipment for us. He replaced an A/C unit at a rental home we were leasing last summer and now worked on the furnace in our current home. He is courteous and knows what he is doing. One of the issues he found during our furnace inspection, could have caused us serious problems. Our flue pipe was junk and not in any kind of working order. So happy we had an inspection done before it turns cold and we ended up with a heating emergency. I will be calling him in the spring for an A/C service. Great work!
