They are always prompt, thorough, and always clean up after themselves. They do excellent work and are very good in letting me know of any potential problems that may crop up. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again.

Overall, I would say that I had a very positive experience with Weeks Service Company. I have used them on several occasions. They are in tuned to customer requests and have great customer service. I was especially impressed with Technician Anthony Reynolds. He was knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations. They were not the cheapest air conditioning company but they worked hard to provide value. The service manager, Mark was also very professional.

They are outstanding. They show up when they say they are going to. They even wore booties on their feet. They do a great job! I have been using them for about 17 years, and would recommend them.
