The owner scoped and bid the job. He said what he would do and he did it, and met the schedule. The price was on the high side, but he seemed to know what he was he doing so we went with him. He stayed with his crews during the measurement, demo, and install, not like others where you never see the owner after he wins the bid. Very happy with the job and would use him again.
