They were terrible. I hate to have anybody use them. I phoned, they gave me a quote and they refused to send someone out do the quote in person. Because they said they felt very confident and on top of that I sent them the quote that I had received already, from not only Fargo but also Mayflower. They said they can move me almost immediately. They actually ended up sending a truck that too small. The original quote was around $9000.00 and when they came out with the truck that was too small and they had to increase the price. I already had myself on the truck and they said would have to increase it to about 14000-15000 dollars and they were supposed to come the next day with 4-5 trucks and trailers, they did not. They came back with the same truck that had only taken off like ¾ of our stuff and the rest was left back at their facility. We ended up not able to absolutely fit everything in the truck. They did not leave on schedule and it arrived almost 2 weeks late. Supposedly the truck broke down and they needed a part and that was the problem. Then they got here late, which for weeks they were not able to tell me when it would arrive. But they got here and there was no crew to unpack it. When the crew did arrive they were 4 hours late and had no moving experience. They ended up breaking my whole dining room set which was destroyed. Unfortunately they did not reimburse me. They destroyed a $15000.00 dining room set and several other pieces of furniture like bookcases etc. But in the end when I complained about the whole process they kept hanging up on me. I would not recommend them and I would hate for anybody else to be dooped.
