Royal Maids Cleaning Service

Lydia is a nice person.  But they constantly leave employees alone in the house.  The employee list is a revolving door and there have been numerous thefts from the house including passport, handgun and other things.  Like I said, the owner is very sweet but her staff has been a huge disappointment.  When confronted about thefts from my house, no one on the staff knew anything and Lydia had no idea what to do.  I eventually reported the matters to local police and CBP in the case of the stolen passport.
The cleaning services started off good enough, not great but good enough.   But steadily deteriorated over time to unacceptable level.  The theft of an antique handgun was the last straw.  
 We also had MANY MANY issues with the staff and management not being able to follow instructions that were clearly left in writing.  Such as how to lock and unlock doors, Not to LOCK ME OUT of my own house and one instance of making a bed with the chenile bedspread on the BOTTOM under flat and fitted sheets that was so odd we took a photo of it.
Enough was enough.  Sweet lady but doesn't manage her people at all.
