Redfish Home Inspections

The Redfish guys were great. They were running a few minutes late, but politely called to let me know. They were thorough and answered all our questions. Their detailed report was sent to me almost immediately.

The team from Redfish was fantastic. We got an unbelievably thorough report, including pictures, thermal imaging for leaks and insulation problems, a description of how many problems could be fixed and a summary of the most critical issues. I have also called with questions about the report since and have gotten helpful responses. As long as we own the home, Redfish will continue to explain the concepts in the inspection (Ex: we are saving up to get masonry work done. I can call with questions about the inspection in a year to see where we need to repair first).

Our inspection by Redfish went great!  Will and his team were able to get us scheduled the very next day (they just had a cancelation).  They were a little more expensive than other inspectors we have used in the past but we see the value they bring.  Their was two of them that did the inspection so it was done timely but at the same time very thorough.  They had tools that I have never seen an inspector use (thermal imaging cameras, etc).  They took their time to go over the report at the end of the inspection and answer any questions that we had.  Would for sure use them again and refer them.

The home we were preparing to purchase was over 3700 square feet and Will and his team were more than prepared.  They showed up on time and went to work right away.  They covered every inch of the house and identified items of interest we would have never seen on our own.  Using moisture sensing technology and thermal detection analysis equipment they gave us insight into hidden water damage that was undetectable with a naked eye.  We received the inspection report almost immediately after the inspection was complete (within the hour) and was amazed at how thorough and detailed the report was.  Not only did he point out any issues, he also gave us valuable information about key details about the house (make/model/serial numbers of all appliances in the house, location of the main water shut-off, layout of the breaker box, etc.).  Based on his report we were able to negotiate with the seller for many of the repairs that were the most costly.  We are now using his report to go back and correct some of the more minor issues that were found.  Overall, Will and team were professional, knowledgeable, and very personable .  He has continued to provide support by answering questions we have had even after the purchase of the home was complete.

Will was prompt, and did a decent home inspection, received the report within 15 minutes. i had some questions after the inspection, and he was there for me to answer and advice!!

Was in a tight schedule and found this company available for service at the last minute. They were prompt, quick to start work, very knowledgeable, and professional. The members never hesitated to talk through their procedures and inspection reports were immediately prepared following inspection.
