This happened right after moving in, and the wind was coming through the crack. I wanted immediate service, and the only window repair company who would come right over was RC. I told them the dimensions so he could bring the replacement pane with him. It was only an hour and a half after I called, that the repairman was at my door. He was personable, and noticed how cold it was inside the house. It took less than hour before it was repaired. He did a great job and the cost was reasonable.
