 + -1 moreMy tire rotation was free since I bought my tires from another location. The clunking noise to be diagnosed cost me $10.79 and they told me I needed a whole new power steering rack estimated to cost me $2,638.43. I told them I couldn't afford it at this time and they tried to give me the scare tactic that it was severely corroded and would need to be ordered since it's not a part they keep in stock and could go out at any time. I then told them I had to get a second opinion. I then took it to a dealer and they told me it was fine. Since then, my clunking noise disappeared...
Description of Work: I had a clunking noise when I turn the wheel sharply by my left tire that I wanted to be looked at. I also went in to get my tires rotated.
