MY TRAINER, A STUDIO FOR WOMEN

If it weren’t for them my health would be much worse.  My Trainer has made it easy to take care of myself.  I love the trainers, I love that it’s individualized, I love that you don’t have worry about what you look like – how heavy you are or that you’re a senior citizen.  They have great service and great response.  You get a super, personalized training, training for what you need, not what someone else needs. You can use a trainer or you can go work out on your own.  The quality is superb.  Only certified trainers work there.  Some of them are also nutritionists as well.  They will work with you on your issues.  They'll work around your issues like allergies or say you have a problem with your right knee.  They will work with you so that you can continue to work out as you work around those physical issues. 

Tori, Rai and all the trainers with whom I have worked in the last 10 years I have been with this business, are professional, personable, and know their business. They have worked with me through fitness issues, medical issues, and other obstacles to keep me coming back when working out seemed like just too much! They check in each time with what might be presenting difficulties and tell me what we will do, and what I can do at home, between sessions, to deal with those physical issues. They are genuinely caring individuals, who have made a significant difference in the quality of my life.
