Waste of money, very unprofessional. Marlen dropped off two women who spoke zero English and left them to clean without her. I was unable to ask them any questions and Marlen told me to text her and she would communicate with them. I was willing to provide the cleaning products but was told it's part of their price, ok. I was told the cleaning products provided were supposed to be soap, bleach, pine Sol, and Windex. No furniture cleaner, no granite cleaner, don't love it but ok. They mopped the floor with water and didn't even move the dog bowl to mop. No Pine sol or bleach was used. When Marlene came to pick up the girls I confronted her about the lack of cleaning supplies (leather & granite) and she said she doesn't supply them. I pointed these out during the walk through and she said it wouldn't be a problem. They didn't do the baseboards or the ceiling fans and was told baseboards are extra. If you're looking for an honest housekeeper look elsewhere, I sure will be.

"Hello Ma’am, I’m sorry, but I believe that you did not understand what the regular cleaning and the deep cleaning included when I did your estimate. You chose the regular cleaning and that’s what we did. When I arrived to check the ladies’ work, you told me that the ladies did not clean the fans and baseboards. I explained to you that those 2 things are only included in the deep cleaning, not the regular cleaning. Even then, I saw you were upset, so I offered to clean the baseboards and ceiling fans for free, and you told me not to. Again, I’m sorry if there was a misunderstanding when I did the estimate. Wow! Marlene and her girls were exceptional. Our 110 year old house has never looked so good. They were incredibly through, and left everything feeling fresh. A wonderful makeover for this proud old residence. Would recommend them enthusiastically.

Marlene did an excellent job cleaning our rental home. She comes each time a guest checks out. She does an excellent job laundering all bedding and blankets, stylizing the house, cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen cleaning the floors, and she even makes adorable, toilet paper flowers for each guest when they enter the bathroom. I strongly recommend her she is very professional and does an excellent job.

We hired Marlene and team to do a deep clean, and could not be more happy with the result. The house was spotless, they were here almost 5 hours . They moved furniture around to clean , got every nook and cranny. We both were very pleased with the result and would highly recommend . As a result we have hired them to do regular cleaning .

When Marlene showed up at my house to give me a quote she was on time, she was professional and personable. On the scheduled day of the service Marlene and her crew showed up exactly when she said she would. Marlene and her crew showed up with more equipment than I would’ve ever thought needed to clean my house. They were very well prepared. The job they performed in my house was phenomenal. Her crew were very nice and professional. I will be using their service again on a regular basis.

Cleaners refused to do laundry area or fridge and owner was called. Curtains taken off, rods damaged and window alarm sensors taken off and damaged. Still paid same price and nothing for the damages done by them. Quality of cleaning itself was less or at best same as routine cleaning which would’ve been about $200 less.

"Mrs. [Member Name Removed], everything you said did not happen in that [Member Information Removed]. You told the ladies to move the washer and dryer from the laundry room to the garage, and we do not do that. Also, the curtain from your patio door fell when the lady was cleaning. In addition, the window alarm sensor fell when the ladies were cleaning and it did not break. It was placed back into position, and it was working. The ladies let you know of these accidents and apologized as well. I also apologized for these accidents through a text message. In response, you said this was not a problem. In respect of the cleaning, everything was thoroughly cleaned and the work was well done. In addition, the ladies cleaned the inside of the refrigerator which was not included in the price of the cleaning. Thank you and I’m sorry again for the accidents."

Marlene is such a professional. O appreciate her and her team arriving on time with all supplies and equipment to thoroughly clean my home as requested. Marlene and her workers so nice and had the best manners. They really respected our home and cleaned so well. We had family over the same night and they couldn’t stop talking about how clean it was and the smell. Work done was super good. Somewhat pricey, however, you get what you pay for and these ladies did a over the top job. Got here at 9 am and left at 5 pm. Work was done super good. I am having them every two weeks or more often if needed. I would highly recommend this company. They are professionals and know their jobs.
