I got a coupon in the mail for the annual inspection. My usual provider of annual car inspectin was booked up for several days, so I decided to try this new for me provider. They served me right away, no waiting time. Inspection was performed but in a very lousy and unprofessional way. Here is what happened. 1) When the operator gave me back the car, he forgot to pull out the electronic plug for diagnostic; this absentminded act produced reset all the computer settings of my BMW (clock, temp settings, electric seats memorized settings, side mirrors settings when in rear gear, etc.); they did not even noticed that hanging cable out of the port plug, when I pointed out the operator was rude and dismissing, like if it was my fault or BMW enginnering fault! I then asked to talk with the supervisor or the foreman. He came and roughly unpugged the hanging port leaving me with the time consuming job of resetting all the settings by myself, barely apologizing for what happened. 2) After a while, I was about to drive away after resetting everything back to what it was, and I noticed that the fabric panel on the driver's side front pillar (close to where the inspection sticker is applied on the windshield) is damaged in multiple points and all dirty or black grease (the pillar's fabric is cream beige). Again I call the operator ointing out the fact and he dismisses my claims says that he did not do anything wrong and the fabric was already damaged before (obviously not true), since both me and his supervisor saw him improperly using a long screw driver trying to pull of the old inspection sticker from the windshield ... I then called again the supervisor and also the owner of the shop, and they saw what happened. With no objection at all they reassured me that they will have covered the cost of replacement of the pillar panel. I was relieved for a few second, until the owner asked me to go myself finding the best deal for replacing the panel, asking 3 offers around. What!?!? After all this I was also asked to waste my time t go around and ask for 3 quotes? 3) I wasted several hours going to the dealership and 2 local body shops to ask for quotes. Got the quotes, brought them to the owner, asking to make arrangements with the one of his choice and pre-pay for the part and labor necessary for the pillar's replacement, so I did not need to upfront the money and hope t be reimbursed afterwards ... He refused of course, reassuring that he would have reimbursed me as soon as I performed the replacement. I did go ahead and replaced the pillar for the lowest price, and brought the receipt to the owner for reimbursement. He told me he did not have enough cash to pay me that day (about $100!) and to come back another day. Long story short, I need to go back 3 more times before I was able to get my reimbursement. He reimbursed the exact amount to the penny, without even bothering to round the amount up, given the fact I needed to go back 4 times total. As you may imagine, it was a rediculously aweful customer experience and I strongly warn every reader of this review to stay away from this provider!

They performed the oil change expediently without telling me I needed x, y and z done to my car that many oil change places conveniently tell you that you need to get done on your car. Quick and easy service.
