I am satisfied. K & M is always on time. I thought it was nice of them to offer me a contract at such a good price. I turned it down because I do not have this problem very often. After they leave, it takes about 6 months or so before I even see a trace of a bug. However, I will continue to use them whenever the problem occurs.

The technician returned my call quickly and followed up with an estimate to treat my house and yard for bugs. His prices were really good, but I didn't get a written guarantee, although he assured me all the bugs would be gone. The treatment was scheduled as soon as a day was set and the technician showed up on time. He killed all the bugs, did a real good job and he was polite and friendly.
