Chris was very polite and professional. During the inspection he encouraged the asking of questions and he made sure I understood what was going on. He was very thorough and answered questions after the inspection. It was a bit difficult to get in touch and schedule an appointment at first, but it all worked out. I put N/A down for the price because I didn't shop around much. He was recommended to me by a friend that I trust and is knowledgeable in the housing market, and the price seemed reasonable to both of us.
