All went extremely well. Ed answered all my questions and set up an appointment during the initial phone call. He showed up exactly when he said and was very professional in demeanor and work quality. He refinished the wood on my door in place and it looks brand new. He gave me a tip for refinishing the hardware. If there is one thing he could have done better it is he could have given me that particular tip early in the day so that I could have refinished the hardware while it was off the door.
