Not well - the installer did not clean up, did not put back hanging doors and the stairs looked like a hack job.

Carpeting in the master bedroom very poorly laid. Big dent in dining room floor. Complained several times each time told that it would be made right then no response. We give up and will have countertops and rest of downstairs flooring done elsewhere.

I highly recommend Flagship Floors. Working with Jorge was great, he met with us both in the store and in our home, and helped us decide on which type of flooring would best meet our needs. We decided to go with an engineered wood, that was currently on sale. Honestly the sale was the main reason we decided to go with Flagship, but we are so glad we did. The installers were very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home and our time. They worked hard while they were here and even though it was a large job, they got it done within four days. Jorge called several times to see how things were going during installation and again once it was done to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. We couldn't be happier with our new floors.

Flagship floors replaced the old carpet for us. They did a great job and their price was comparable to others box stores in the area. We used the builders grade carpet because of time and needing a quick install. The carpet looked nice and the men who came were very professional.

I dealt the owner and he helped me with choosing the carpet and flooring. I felt good about the choices that I ended up making because of his information. He told me to go do comparative shopping. I am very happy with what we had picked and his prices. He was laid back and helpful. I felt comfortable and no pressure at all. When they did the installation, they did a wonderful job. He is one of the few contractors that we have used that I have not had any issues with. He did the job in the time frame that he promised. He hung onto the carpet that we wanted after the fireplace came down for almost a year. He was good, honest and straightforward. I trusted him.

FLAGSHIP FLOORS' price was comparable for a complete install. They used a very high grade carpet and pad. They got here on the dot, got it done, and cleaned up after themselves. The salespeople were extremely helpful, they kept in touch with me, and they sent me itemized quotes to my email. I am very pleased with them all around. FLAGSHIP FLOORS were excellent.

Found this business on Angie's list. I was greeted immediately upon entering store, shown samples and educated about types of wood I was looking at. Not pressured in the least. Allowed to take home as many samples as I wanted without commitment. The installers arrived on time every day for a week and stayed for the day. Worked constantly. Have absolutely no complaints. They did a beautiful job.

Our backyard patio was a mess. I had enlarged it about 6 years ago with a concrete slab, but it was uneven and rough. We were considering flagstone or natural stone to cover it. George at Flagship listened to what we were considering (Terrazzo / slate) and told us the pros and cons of both, then recommended Porcelain tile. We looked at their offerings and chose one that looked and felt like natural stone.
They scheduled an appointment to come out and measure, then quote the project. The quote was a little higher than I wanted to spend, but based on the upkeep costs of the alternatives (terrazzo), it became evident that we would save money going forward. So we scheduled the job. George communicated to me what to expect from start to finish and called whenever there was a change to material delivery, work schedules , etc. The job commenced about a week after we made the deposit., lasted 3 days and was completed on time. The 2 guys that were on the job, cleaned up afterwards and the patio looks great.

The tile in our bath was lifting off the floor. We contacted Flagship for a bid and they were the best price. Dealing with the store to select the tile was easy. The installer did a great job and over all I'm happy.

Two of Flagship's contractors arrived over a 4 day periiod, made a mess, did laid tile without proper floor preparation such as tile mix or grouting. Result is that tiles are hollow and not seated properly and are cracking, grout is comming up between tlles. No one from Flagship ever came after we complained about the work and the experience we had with them. Never would I recommend this company to anyone.

In August 2011, this company installed a bamboo engineered wood floor in a large area of our home. I got rough estimates from four places by specifying the number of square feet and explaining roughly the layout of the rooms and hall. I then got formal bids from the companies with two lowest estimates. The lowest bid was 10% less than Flagship Floors. But, the salesman with the lowest bid didn't appear to understand wood floors. He was very friendly and tried to be helpful but I think he was a carpet salesman. He gave incorrect answers (I learned later) to a couple or three of my questions. Had I followed his advice the installation would not have looked as nice. I didn't have confidence in him. Whereas, the Flagship salesman had been a wood floor installer. He was very pleasant and clearly understood the process better than the low bidder. Thus I decided to pay a little more and chose Flagship. We've been very happy with the choice. We could not have asked for a more attentive and cooperative outfit. All during the installation they responded cheerfully to any requests or issues. After it was complete the salesman came by and tutored us on proper care of the floor. He suggested we live with it for a week or so to discover any and ldquo;issues.and rdquo; He then called to ask it there were any problems. Though we thought the installation was well done. There were a couple of issues. One quite minor and another though not a big deal (my wife wanted me to forget about it) nagged at me. The issue that nagged me, though a minor annoyance to us, required a substantial effort on their part to fix. If pushed, I'd have been reluctantly willing to live with -- without hesitation or reluctance they agreed to fix it. So, now that the floor is complete, it's perfect. We love it. And after such a positive experience, if we have any more floor work we'll be returning to Flagship Floors. P.S. Three of the four places I went to originally were friendly and two were helpful in understanding flooring (we'd never gotten wood flooring before). One was unhelpful to the point of rudeness. I managed to struggle an estimate out of them and they were double the price of my lowest estimate and meaningfully higher than the one just lower than them. They were quoting exactly the same flooring -- brand and model -- as the lowest bidder. This negative company was Roberts Carpets and Floors. I don't plan to have any dealings with them again. This has nothing to do with Flagship Floors, but here are my observations on buying wood floors. Buying one floor certainly doesn't make me an expert but here are some things I learned. You should not put a solid wood bamboo floor on concrete. Concrete absorbs moisture from below and the bamboo wicks the moisture into its veins causing it to warp and buckle. Probably the best way to install engineered bamboo is to glue it to the concrete. The other method is to install it over a pad. This is called and ldquo;floatingand rdquo; the floor. A few years ago floated floors made a hollow sound when walked on. I definitely didn't want this, but was told modern pads had largely overcome this problem, and our floor sounds solid when you walk on it. However, you must have a good installer who makes sure the floor is perfectly flat or this can still be a problem. To avoid this potential problem, companies want to glue them down, particularly if they don't have topnotch installers. Some floors are too uneven to do it at all. It was only after the carpets were removed that Flagship would say whether they'd be able to float our floor. So we had two bids from them, one for doing it each way. Glued floors cost more, but that wasn't a factor in our choice. If you glue the floor down it is very hard to remove. If you decide you've made a bad choice or want to change the floor later, it must be chipped up in tiny pieces -- time consuming and expensive. For this reason, and this reason only, we chose a floated floor. An advantage to floated floors is they're softer to walk on. You don't notice it when walking on them but, they give just a little. A friend who replaced carpet with glued down wood floors complained her ankles and lower legs ached for a few weeks until she adapted to them. With either method of installation, wood's hard and if you drop a breakable object, it's probably history. We were accustomed to this because much of the rest of our house has ceramic tile floors and they're completely unforgiving. Wood is more forgiving than ceramic tile and floated wood is yet more forgiving than glued down. Carpet, of course, is very forgiving. Wood floors are slicker than carpet. Our pup can run in place for 2-3 seconds when she tries to take off in a hurry. One issue with floated floors is they click or snap occasionally. Because, with the pad, a board can move a tiny amount relative to the adjacent board they sometimes make a click sound. I'd rather they not do this, but it's a minor issue, certainly not enough to choose glue down. No one's mentioned it and I may be the only one who's noticed it before I point it out. If it makes you feel better, the original basic nailed down wood floors make these kinds of movement noises, so you could tell your friends you have a real, nailed wood floor. ;-) When we chose wood floors we thought they would require less maintenance than carpet. Not so, they may require more. If you allow sand/grit to remain on wood floors it will grind the surface and ndash; grit has no effect on carpets. So, you have to clean wood floors more regularly. And about once a week you have to go over it with a cleaning elixir. Also, you have to put little felt pads on the bottom of all furniture legs to keep them from scarring the floor, and these pads have to be replaced with some regularity.

We purchased a 3500 square foot house that was approximately 20 years old and needed to have the total interior re-done. We contacted several flooring and carpet companies and were not pleased with either the responsiveness or price from any of them. Then the A/C Contractor suggested that we contact Flagship Flooring. What a wonderful surprise!!! Dan and his staff were helpful, responsive, and made recommendations that enabled us to get the type of flooring and effect that we wanted in the house within our budget. We were even able to get the "expensive" hardwood flooring that my husband just "had to have" for the formal dining room. We had ceramic tile placed in the foyer, bathrooms, kitchen, and breakfast room. We had hardwood flooring installed in the formal dining room, and carpet throughout the rest of the house. All of the installation went very smoothly and we are very happy with the results. We get many compliments on the tile, hardwood, and carpet that was installed. Since this time, Flagship Flooring has also performed work for several of our friends and each of them have been as pleased as we are.

I inherited my folks' last place, a 10-year-old house, when my mom passed away in 2007. It was new construction, very nicely outfitted, except for the (once)-white carpet. My mom (bless her) was of the carpet generation, shunning wood floors. After my fiancee and I started spending more and more time there (with three dogs and a cat), it was quickly obvious that the carpet would have to go. It was stained, smelly, and, frankly, an embarrassment. My late mom's neighbor recommended Flagship, which had taken out their carpet and installed wood floors. My fiancand eacute;e and I visited the store, where we met Dan, who explained our options. We ended up selecting laminate (a nice, weathered, rustic one) for several factors: ease of maintenance, warranty, scratch-resistance, ease and speed of installation). Dan came and measured and gave us a quote. It was so reasonable that we looked no further. The estimate was right on, as was Dan's estimate of installation (3 days). The crew (led by Frank) showed up promptly on Monday (as well as Tuesday and Wednesday). They removed the carpet and backing, applied the spray, prepped the floors and installed the flooring and molding. They moved the heavy furniture as they worked, non-stop, all three days. We had thought about booking a nearby motel room for my fiancand eacute;e and dogs during the process, but didn't need to do so; the process was that professional, careful and orderly. Frank and the crew did a meticulous job of cleaning and moving furniture back. The result is stunning. We could not possibly be any happier.

We walked in and were immediately greeted by the assistant manager. He guided us with expertise in selecting an appropriate flooring for our home; as well as a quality carpet for the master bedroom. He was very polite and attentive and assured us he would oversee the entire installation. The flooring turned out to be the perfect choice and looks wonderful. During the installation we had a death in our family; they were very understanding and accommodating; once we returned home, work resumed and was completed in a timely manner. We chose them because we believe in supporting local/family-owned/independent, well-established businesses. We were not disappointed and would recommend them to anyone. We feel we received quality service at a reasonable price and we are very pleased with the result!

Jorge did an incredible job with the design. I could not be more pleased. My entryway looks so distinctive now and the fireplace is gorgeous. The bathroom is the same-beautiful. He added a decorative line of mosaic tile and darker accent tiles and the result is stunning. Jorge has an amazing feel for color, style, and design. He worked with our current color scheme and furniture to make the flooring feel like home. The crew was professional and very courteous. The arrived on time every day, cleaned up after each day of work, and took only a short lunch break on site. The leveled each tile carefully and centered the design in my room perfectly. They hung plastic to minimize dust and were very careful with my furniture. It was long project but it was completely worth it. My 16 year old house looks like new. I would highly recommend Jorge to anyone wanting to install tile in their home.

We have been doing some renovating and updating in our home, we decided to replace all the old flooring in the downstairs. We hired Flagship Flooring to replace the flooring with new top quality flooring. There are five rooms in the downstairs; three needed new wood flooring and the other two needed tile flooring replaced. The men did a fine job of laying the flooring and we were very pleased with their services they provided.

We went to Flagship Floors to pick out ceramic tile for our kitchen and two bathrooms. Customer Service was very helpful and showed us different styles and colors and explained the warranties. The installation was scheduled as soon as the tile was available, but the installers showed up a little late. They were careful when installing the tile and they did an excellent job. They cleaned up the mess and left the house in good shape.
