Great experience! Came on time, worked very hard to get the job done as soon as possible and did excellent work. Did a double coat of paint in three rooms after removing wall paper. It looks perfect. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

On time and very professional

Awesome he explained the entire process went over options with me and my wife his only concern was that we would be happy in the end . Me and the wife kept going back-and-forth between paint colors he was patient the entire time and came out each time to go over the paint colors . We finally pick the paint color and he started the next day and started prepping the house for paint. He took his time Pressure washing preparing the house as well as painting the house . The end result is truly an amazing job from a guy that without a doubt is honest, and trustworthy. I have already referred him to friends and will be using him to paint the interior of my home. I believe for one guy from start to finish he exceeded what a crew of painters would do.

We were needing wallpaper removal from 3 bathrooms and a kitchen/breakfast nook, along with repair, texture and paint. He laid out options and explained each one thoroughly. We ultimately decided to go through with full wallpaper removal. Juan was very considerate to our needs during the process, and continued to power through the job even when the wallpaper proved to be extremely stubborn. He showed up to the job regularly, on-time and kept in communication. The texture looked great, and he painted with very clean lines. The work area was kept clean throughout the entire job - he left no messes between days. Juan will definitely be our guy for future painting jobs!

Juan was fantastic. He took the time to help me select the right paint for the job. He showed up for the job 15 minutes early ready to get started. Once inside my home he took extra care to make sure he covered everything to ensure paint did not get on anything but the walls. I own several rental properties and I have worked with a number of different painters. This job was for my personal residence and I can tell you that I have never been more impressed. His communication, professionalism, and excellence in his work was impeccable. The work was finished on time and on budget. My wife and I will definitely use Five Star Rated Painting again.

Excellent job

Everything was excellent, he communicated well, showed up on time and worked efficiently. From start to finish he checked to make sure we were satisfied. I hired a contractor who’d did a poor job with adding an extra wall to my bathroom and ruined my home with drywall splattered everywhere and I never thought it could ever look the same again. The dark color is the old job which is horrible and clumpy but the new work is the lighter color photo and it’s much more smooth and consistent throughout. I’m extremely impressed with the quality of work Juan did, it was a complete transformation!! Looks just like when the builder finished it. He works neatly and properly covers the area to minimize errors. I will definitely hire him again and recommend to anyone looking for top quality work reasonable pricing with great customer service who will take the time and attention needed for a job well done.

Extremely well. This was 2nd time we used Juan. Previously he painted several rooms and repaired sheet rock. Also replaced several roof jacks. Juan is very honest and his attention to detail was superb. We rate Juan A++ for the work he has done for us.

Our house was flooded form Hurricane Harvey and we had to repaint it again for sale. The work was great, I usually do it myself, but he did a great work. he did what he said he would do, colors was prefect, and it was the best work I have ever paid someone to do for me. He has the lowest bid for the job. He always replies via text or phone.

I usually do all my own work and rarely hire contractors, but I have hired Juan twice, and I am sure I will hire him again. He is the best contractor I have ever hired. He communicates well and is always there when he says he will be. He is very professional.

Due to the ITC burn, Mr. Rodriguez called before 8 a.m. on the day to say that he was stuck in the traffic that I saw on TV and gave me a quote over the phone for painting my guest and master bedroom baths. We agreed on cost and scheduled the work for the next day. Juan arrived on time and started to work. He was very professional and offer suggestions on items asked about. My walls are beautiful. I did not have to worry about cleaning up after he left because he cleaned up before leaving. I will definitely have him do more painting and refer him to friends.

Had damage from storm to roof, leaking flashing, which leaked down a pipe chase and caused stain and slight damage of area of first floor ceiling. Juan first fixed the flashing leak. He performed the same repair on all five roof flashings. I verified that leak was fixed in next thunderstorm by checking in attic. Juan did not want to start the interior repairs until we were sure that the roofing leak was fixed. Then he removed part of the sheet rock tape and sanded. Then muddied and taped. Then we picked out a matching paint. (He is very good at this). Textured area. Then painted when dry. Juan made five visits to my house and went with me to pick out paint. He was on time every time. Area repaired matches so well, that in normal light, you cannot tell that it has been repaired. Price he charged was very reasonable. Juan mostly works by himself. He excels at doing small repairs or larger jobs (painting the entire interior or exterior of a house) that one person can do. From my experience, Juan shows up when he says he will. He doesn't waste time. He also does repairs to sheet rock, exterior siding, trim, roofing etc. very well. Works with your schedule. Typically has other jobs that he can do while waiting for your items to dry. It is important to communicate thoroughly with any contractor. So, I bring the conversation to where we write down the work in detail and agree on what is included. This prevents misunderstandings. Juan has no problem with this.

Mr. Juan Rodriquez was very professional and did an amazing job on our home. He went above and beyond expectations, and completed the job much faster than i thought possible. I will definitely recommend him to anyone needing their home painted.

Called Juan to get an estimate for some roof leaks, sheet rock repair and painting. He showed up on time the next morning and gave me an estimate which was very reasonable compared to other estimates that I previously obtained. We agreed upon price and he started work that day. Ran into a few issues with paint color but worked through them and were happy with the end results. Juan was very reliable and the work done was excellent.

I talked to Juan Thursday afternoon about the repairs I needed done. He said he would come by about 8am the next day. Juan arrived about 7:50am the next morning. We talked few minutes and I showed Juan what I needed. He got right to work and started painting. At the end of the day Juan finished painting and my house looked like it was new . My wife really was happy with Juan's work. He went up on my roof and checked it and came down and told me what needed to be done. He said he would pick up the needed material and return the next day and fix it. Juan called early the next morning and said he was on his way to pick up the material and he would be there in about an hour and a half. Juan arrived like he said and started to work on my roof. Juan did an excellent job. He explained what he had did and gave me his business card and said I could call him if I had any problems with any more leaks. Juan is very professional and his prices are reasonable. I would hire Juan any time I need painting, or roofing.

Juan is the best painter. He took so much time up front to make sure we had the color right and that we liked the way it looked. After agreeing on a price to paint the house, he took a full day to paint two walls with different finishes of a color to make sure we were happy. His lines are super straight, he put on a very thick coat and looks excellent. He works extremely fast, practically running around the house from sun up to sun down.

On time for bid and job. Juan provides a great explanation about his bid, offers professional advice and works hard to deliver a great product. Already hired him again.

The owner responded for my request for a quote immediately and provided the inspection and quote within 24hrs. The work was started within 4 days and we are extremely happy with the results. The house, patio and shed were pressure washed. The damaged boards replaced and everything in was caulked and prepped. There was a rain delay of one day. The attention to detail was excellent and the clean up was thorough. He was professional and pleasant. I would definitely use him again.
