I have been a customer of this company for years and am pleased with the crew and their services.  Over this time I have had several conversations with Wendy over billing and scheduling.  My gates are always locked so when I know there is a schedule
conflict  I notify her.  I realize if no arrangements can be made my yard will not be mowed, the crew will mow the front only... as has happened many times previously.  I called today (Monday) to request Tuesday this week.  I was told it is difficult to make changes with the crew and subdivisions, etc.  No problem, I understand if the request can not be met.  It has happened before.  However,  comments about the company being compensated for mowing a higher grass and asking to make my bill current (both incorrect) demonstrated unprofessional and rude behavior.  My current bill DOES show an additional charge for the higher grass cut.  And payment HAS been made and received for the last bill as indicated on my present bill.  Wendy may have been having a bad day, but that kind of snippy reaction to a service request from a long-time customer who has had a previously good relationship with her company was uncalled for and disrespectful.

I’ve used them for several years.  I think I pay about $55 each time.  They are a good company for me.  I will continue to use their services again in the future.

They are excellent. They come when they are supposed to and are quick and efficient. If I have a problem, I call one of the girls in the office, and it is taken care of. If there is anything I need to change or whatever, she is very good about that too. Their prices are fair. I would recommend them to others. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.
