Being old school, I believe a service should be professional, polite, ontime and treat thier customer with the respect they deserve as the one paying, Andrew was every bit of that. Although I wasn't there when he did our treatment, my wife said he was right on time, very polite, professional and thorough. Keep up the good work Andrew and you have a new customer.

When we moved into our new house in 2009, we had tons of carpenter ants and other bugs. We chose Excel Pest Management after interviewing a number of pest control services on the phone. He came out, interviewed us about our bug status, asking us how many bugs we had seen, what kinds of bugs, where we saw them and how often. Then he went and looked at every location, told us what the bugs where, which were bad, which were beneficial, and how he would treat them. We agreed to a treatment plan, and signed a contract. He treated the house according to the contract, and we never had another carpenter ant problem. We used Excel Pest Management for routine pest control for 3 years, and only stopped because we moved to a new city. Andrew is always prompt and punctual. If you set up a continual service (treatment every 3 months or whatever you choose), he will call you about a week before your next service to set up an appointment.
Andrew knows what he is doing and is a great pest control specialist!
