He did not fix what I wanted done. I asked him if he would come back and he said "I would not have to come back" because he put something on my screen where he could work on my computer from his office. I tried this once but it did not work.

Took the computer in. Will explained what he was going to do and how much it would cost. The next day it was done. He explained everything and even left some software on the computer to hopefully avoid future problems.

They are really helpful on the phone and give great advice and directions. They are very good to established customers. If they can't help me over the phone, they come out to the house. They are very patient, persistent, and knowledgeable. They take over my computer, with my permission, and fix whatever is wrong with it. They are also very fairly priced.
