They poured cement into the shower floor and where the vanity was as they were not on floor level.  Replaced mildewed 2X4's with new wood.  Put insulation between the studs on the back and side walls and put Hardi board backing before replacing the new tile in the shower area.  All new proclein tile on floor and shower and half way up the wall where needed in a nice pattern.  Plumber put in the Moen shower bar with a hand held shower.  They put in 2 shelves for accessories in shower as requested.  New frameless shower door made wider than the old.  Reduced half of the wall on the side and placed glass on that to let in more light.  The tile man was very good.  The granite people fixed the top of the new vanity just fine.  The cabinet vanity was Craft-maid.  The single drawer smaller than the one I had, but have adjusted to that.  I had a tall floor to ceiling cabinet already there and wanted new doors put on the cabinet and the doors did not meet in the middle of the cabinet, so Elegant had to modify with one door having a extra panel attached to meet the other door.  The panel board is rather thin, so I have to be careful to open the correct door first.  I would say it is best for the owner to be around most of the time when critical decisions have to be made and constantly inspecting the work as there were details I had to have them come back and fix, which they did do in a reasonable time.  They put up an existing 3 panel glass vanity mirror and some how one corner of the door was dropped and knocked off a piece of the glass.  The man putting up the cabinet would not admit that he had dropped it.  The contractor offered to buy me a new cabinet, but I could not find one that was as big as the existing one, so declined and put silver tape over the cut part. The same man put up the towel bars I had purchased and they were different lengths.  I discussed which lengths went where and he screwed up and did not follow the directions I had given him and did not ask again even though I was in the house.  So he had to go back and redo the bars.  The first day they were here to tear down the ceramic tile they were supposed to have covered the adjoining bedroom with plastic covering all over.  They did not do that until I told the contractor and then the next they covered everything.  
My advice is 1.  Stick around as much as possible to inspect what is going on.  Lots of details otherwise can be overlooked by them.
 2.  Be sure all valuables are not in sight such as jewelry.  One expensive ring and inexpensive watch were taken from a day that I was not present.  I had left one small jewelry box on the dresser covered with the plastic where those items were.  The contractor paid me  for those items even though the ring is not replaceable.  I was nieve trusting them. The contractor said she confronted everyone and no one admited to taking them.  The one man that worked that day was not the men she has used for years, so she said she would hire him again.
3.  Over all I am pleased with the bathroom redo and I think Elegant does good work.  I think the contractor  genuinely wants to
 please and I felt no pressure in deciding on what I wanted in choosing tile and accessories, just advice.
