He is wonderful, honest and responsive.  He is not the cheapest, but when he tells me that he will do something that's exactly what he does.  I told him what I wanted.  He gave me a bid for everything.  So far, all the work he has done has been exceptional.  I am so happy that I went with him.  He is not the cheapest, but probably not the expensive either.  He is a general contractor, so he is taking care of everything.  I would recommend him to anyone.  Two of my neighbors are going to use him because of the work; he has done in my house.  I like his attention to details.  He is there every day at my house to make sure things are going according to the plan and it is being done the way they are supposed to be done.  I had other contractors and they were lower than him.  When he gave me a bid, he gave me a very detailed bid for every single thing that we talked about, laid out and the cost associated with that.  The other guys gave me a bid was a general one.  I don't live there.
