We could not figure out where they were coming from. Everything went excellent. They were able to find the source and got rid of all of the mice.

We a purchased a new (8 month old) home in Tiki Island and had seen numerous bugs throughout all levels of the home. Hadi was prompt in answering my phone call and booked my appointment immediately. He was a few minutes early (which was nice) and completed the job of spraying both the inside and outside within 30 minutes. He explained that I would see numerous dead or almost bugs through-out the next few days, but if I saw additional bugs within the next 2-3 weeks he would come back out and retreat for no charge.
Through-out the next week, the bugs were dropping like flies (pun intended). About 3 weeks later we were still seeing random roaches in the main living area. I gave Hadi a call and , true to his word, he was back at the house within a few days. This time he treated with a different chemical, explaining that sometimes certain bugs where immune to particular chemicals. As of today, June 2013, we have not had a single problem with bugs.
Also, he was great at using chemicals that would not be harmful to my German Shepherds. He was kind and worked around their enclosures.
I will definitely hire Hadi again for my maintenance pest control. He did a great job!!

I've had ongoing problems with mud dauber wasps nesting in my attic. For a few years I tried spraying them myself (up in the attic) but most of my attic is not accessible, and the wasps were getting out of control. I could hear them buzzing in the walls! It was driving me crazy. Finally I searched around and found Eagle Eye. Mr. Bashiri even answered e-mail, and came out promptly. He sprayed permethrin out all along the roof soffits (where the wasps were getting into the house). He also went up in the attic and knocked down nests and sprayed as much as possible up there. It worked great - no more wasps, and no more buzzing walls!

Mr. Hadi recieved my phone call in a pleasant and friendly manner. Was able to give me an estimate for the job over the phone, and honored the $10 off the price as advertised. He was able come out the same day. He did the job quickly and completely and he put in temporary blocks for the rats until my contractor comes out next week.

They do an exceptional job. They are excellent. They are scheduled to come out again in October.

He is excellent. He always does what he says. He is on time. He explains what he has done. He explains things that do not need to be done. I would recommend him highly to anyone. A termite service is about $120.00 for the year.
