I've used this service since his father and mother had their business and they passed that knowledge to Dallas. He has always been honest; does whatever is necessary for the health and growth of the trees. The work was done in a timely manner and we are enjoying the fruits of his labor.

This is the third time we have used Dallas Anderson Tree Service and all three times, the service and results were outstanding. We have a large tree in the front yard that constantly grows very wide in all directions resulting in low overhanging branches in our driveway, the street and the neighbor's driveway. We called Dallas to make an appointment. He came out and walked with my husband to discuss exactly what we wanted done to the trees. He wrote up the work order that day so that we would know what the cost would be. The price was extremely fair so we scheduled an appointment for the work to be done. (Note: his company is extremely busy so it may take a couple of weeks to schedule the actual service). We had made plans to have several remodeling projects done around the house so we made the appointment about 3 weeks in advance.

Dallas called the night before the appointment to verify all the details and confirm the arrival time. His two man crew arrived on time the next day. His crew was very professional, hardworking and extremely efficient. They trimmed the tree in the back yard first which only took about an hour. The tree in the front yard was the biggest project. They quickly filled up the large trailer they had brought after a couple of hours. They informed us they were going to dump the load in the trailer and would be back in about 45 minutes to finish the tree. They arrived back to our home in less than an hour and completed the tree in the front yard. They gave us the bill which was the exact same one as the original quote! We happily paid the amount and gave the two guys each a tip for their outstanding service (We have never done that before...that's how pleased we were with their performance). When they left, there was not one branch or even stray leaf left in our yard. We were extremely pleased with the outcome and even got a compliment from one of our neighbors the next day. I would HIGHLY recommend Dallas Anderson Tree Service!

Company never showed up after confirming appointments 4 different times.

He did good work, and most importantly, when his crew did not complete one item we had agreed to, he readily came back and completed it. He was most apologetic and took responsibility for not making it clear to his crew (I don't know whether that was the case, but I thought it was the gentlemanly thing to do!).

We have a few large live oak trees in our yard that can get out of hand very quickly if not trimmed often enough. I have used Anderson's Tree Service for about twenty years now and Dallas Anderson has a great eye for tree trimming. He certainly knows what needs to be trimmed by looking at it from the ground, and then instructs the cutters where to cut. I really like the way he trims the trees back, he is trustworthy and always removes the tree trimmings.

Dallas Anderson is a very reliable company. I believe they are a family operated business. I have been using them for as long as I can remember. I could not ask for nicer people than them. They have the best workmanship that there could possibly be. I will never even consider using anybody else.

Dallas returned my call right away and stopped by to give an estimate. His prices were very good, and he explained that trimming the trees will give them longer life and they grow taller. He was able to do the tree trimming on the spot and was well equipped. He unloaded his truck and climbed the trees with a tree rope, used a chainsaw to trim the branches, and a chipper to grind up the limbs. He cleaned up all the chippings and loose debris and hauled it away. He did an excellent job. The trees look real nice, and he left the yard immaculate.

The oak tree had been dead for a couple of years already. It had started leaning towards the house. Anderson cut it down without harming the neighboring trees. Then he ground up the stump so nobody would trip over it. The tree was then cut up and taken away to be disposed of. The only problem with Dallas Anderson is it took a while after I called him before he did the job.
